Infusionsoft, a provider of automatic follow-up software for small businesses, has announced that All About Spelling, one of its customers that uses their email marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) and e-commerce solutions, has witnessed astounding success within one year of implementing the solutions.
The Wisconsin-based startup and a family-owned business, All About Spelling quadrupled its sales in the first year of using Infusionsoft and saw nearly 430 percent growth in monthly sales revenue and more than 310 percent growth in monthly orders.
All About Spelling provides spelling curriculum and materials for the classroom as well as home-based learning.
Marie Rippel, co-founder and owner of All About Spelling, says she started the company along with her husband with a desire to fill the gap in providing a thoughtful method for spelling and literacy learning in the home. However, as demand began growing suddenly, they couldn’t keep up and had to settle for the limited sales they could handle.
Rippel said before implementing Infusionsoft’s solution, they used to spend a lot of valuable time to find the answer for each new request from the customers. Now it's all in one place.
“Things like tasks and notes can be added right into the customer record; e-mail campaigns can be started and stopped and records of sales and refunds are simple to locate,” said Rippel.
As a result of implementing Infusionsoft’s solutions, the company was also able to recognize a 400 percent growth in their customer contacts - a remarkable number considering the present-day challenges faced by the independent book publishing sector.
“When we founded Infusionsoft, our dream was to revolutionize the way small businesses grow,” said Scott Martineau, co-founder and vice president of product
management at Infusionsoft. “This dream is coming true for hundreds of our customers, and we can't wait to help thousands more achieve the remarkable success that All About Spelling has.”
