The Columbus Independent School District (ISD) has reportedly experienced an increased usage of Web-enabled smart phones by its students and faculty. Looking to facilitate better usage of this technology and at the same time, wanting to keep a track of the bandwidth usage, ISD has opted for the Cymphonix Network Composer.
