WebTeach.com, an online platform designed to help educators change the current education model, has released its latest upgrade which will enable teachers to proctor c online classes to over 1,000 students at a time.
“We believe the current education model can be significantly improved by embracing and capitalizing on the enhanced world-wide technology landscape,” said WebTeach. “WebTeach.com’s education marketplace platform offers an easy to use cloud based technology built to enhance and enrich the educational experiences of 21st Century teachers and students.”
The online platform is designed to be a classroom in the cloud. After a teacher signs up to use the solution, they are able to teach from anywhere, at anytime, or via any computer or mobile device. They can send audio, video apps and create on-demand lessons that will be available in real-time to any students taking the course. In addition, educators are able to create quizzes, schedule tutoring sessions, create an interactive live session and even record their lectures.
With the latest update, teachers are able to set the amount of students they are willing to teach at one time (limiting them to 1,000). Educators can also now set how much it will cost per individual to take the class, access an interactive whiteboard, share screens with students and collaborate on essays and reports.
"WebTeach.com's 'WebTeachinar' solution makes it easy for anybody or any organization looking to hold live online group meetings or seminars,” said JW Ray, president and CEO of WebTeach.com.
Ray added, “With end-of-grade testing less than six weeks away for many students across the country, WebTeach.com's 'WebTeachinar' is the perfect solution and makes it easy for teachers to help classrooms of students perform better without having to stay after school or for a school to provide transportation home to learners wanting additional assistance.”
