QuickStart Intelligence Upgrades QSLive Online Virtual Training

By Raju Shanbhag, TMCnet Contributor

QuickStart’s exclusive QSLive online IT training solution helps users get rid of travel time and lodging expenses, decrease time away from the office, and reduce  their carbon footprint as they obtain their training online. Users will now find themselves in an atmosphere in which they can interact with other students, gain hands-on experience, and enjoy training without the hassle and lost time of traveling.

Recently, the company announced that QSLive in-house has produced considerable enhancements in uptime and availability. According to the company, this upgrade has created new levels of enhanced student satisfaction and learning efficiency.

Offering presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on labs, this is a real-time instructor-led virtual classroom training experience. It also provides true collaboration and interaction with the instructor and other students along with remote hands-on help from the instructor. It’s also a great “green” training solution, the company stated in a press release.

“Consider the typical student accessing a course online, which can run eight or nine hours a day, several days in a row,” explains Kelly Black, VP of Finance and Operations at QuickStart Intelligence. “Unless the audio is crystal clear, 100 percent of the time, it can be hard for that student to understand everything the instructor is saying.” QSLive, first introduced in 2006 previously ran on Microsoft (News - Alert) Office Live Meeting 2007 which is a shared online resource.”

Recently, the company added more new products to its ever expanding portfolio of Authorized VMware training courses. At the core of the next generation data center, Virtualization technologies at both the server and desktop levels are the foundations of the cloud computing revolution. QuickStart's commitment to providing the best and most valuable learning experience possible for today's technology professional includes all platforms that are in popular use. Many corporations have chosen VMware as the virtualization platform of choice.
