TopSchool Provides Easier Access to Data and Reports

The TopSchool Student Lifecycle Management (SLM) System allows schools to manage student information from their first communication with a prospect through the entire lifecycle of admissions, enrollment, academics, job placement, and alumni status. The company backs it up with state of the art service and support provided by TopSchool and offered in the company’s inexpensive open architecture Software- as- a- Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) model.

Making it easier than ever for schools to get to the data and reports they require to support student recruitment, student retention, compliance and more, the company recently released its latest system advancements. Allowing users to be more proactive with their data, the new advancements makes it simpler to gather information.

TopSchool's SaaS model automatically puts the new features in the hands of all customers without added fees and complicated installations. The new functionality includes features such as Quick Query, SAP (News - Alert) Student Performance Monitoring and so on, the company stated in a press release.

“It's one thing to capture information, but it's another to actually put it to work - our goal with this product release was to make sure that data is truly usable in the most efficient way possible," said Matthew Schnittman, CEO and co-founder of TopSchool. In 2011, TMC (News - Alert) reported that the company was assisting Pennsylvania Association of Private School Administrators (PAPSA) members to improve enrollment, retention and placement results with the help of centralized student data management. Offered in a SaaS model, TopSchool's SLM goes beyond the abilities of a conventional college student information system (SIS). The system simply combines with other third party applications, such as a school's LMS.
