The F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College has recently chosen Enrollment Rx, an innovator of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management solutions for academic institutions, to unify recruitment and admissions in a single system.
Built on the Force.com enterprise cloud computing platform, Enrollment Rx will help the Babson MBA Program to improve operational efficiencies across departments and offer an outstanding prospective user experience throughout the enrollment cycle.
The Babson MBA Program earlier relied on multiple systems, spreadsheets and manual processes to manage admissions and recruitment. This was a cumbersome combination that affected effective student communication. After a rigorous evaluation process, it finally opted for Enrollment Rx to manage student relationships from inquiries through enrollment.
In a press release, Barbara J. Selmo, director of Graduate Admissions at the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, said, "We were impressed with Enrollment Rx's understanding of our business and their level of engagement to help us achieve our goals of simplifying the admissions process, creating an amazing student experience and helping our staff be more efficient. Based on Enrollment Rx's extensive work with higher education clients, they are true content experts about how admissions people work and think."
Enrollment Rx full suite of products includes, Enrollment Rx enrollment management, Placement Rx career services management, Alumni Rx alumni relationship management, and Stutrax Student Information System.
"Flexibility is critical," said Selmo. "We didn't want to be in contract with a system that is static the minute you roll it out. Enrollment Rx knows what modern software should look like and they've built a cloud-based CRM solution that provides the flexibility and quality user experience that outshine so many clunky, out of date solutions available today."
In related news, Northwestern Health Sciences University has recently selected Enrollment Rx for their student relationship management needs.
