By Rahul Arora, TMCnet Contributor

Jenzabar, Inc., a leading provider of software, services and strategies for higher education, has formed a partnership with CampusEAI Consortium, a global information technology services and consulting provider, to provide 24x7x365 help desk services, cloud hosting, and network monitoring and management services. The services will help Jenzabar clients in the areas of cloud-based hosting, SaaS (News - Alert), 24x7 help desk, and other IT services.

“Jenzabar is pleased to offer help desk, cloud hosting and network monitoring and management services for our clients by partnering with CampusEAI,” said Robert A. Maginn, Jr., CEO of Jenzabar, in a statement. “Higher education institutions want convenient and comprehensive solutions, and delivering these new services with CampusEAI reflects our commitment to offering value to our clients through strategic partnerships.”

“We are pleased to partner with Jenzabar,” said Anjli Jain, Executive Director of CampusEAI Consortium. “We look forward to working with Jenzabar to provide 24x7x365 Help Desk, Cloud Hosting and Network Monitoring and Management Services.”

With more than 40 years of combined experience offering technology solutions to colleges and universities, Jenzabar is the trusted partner of choice to more than 700 campuses worldwide, including private liberal arts, state, and community colleges and business, medical, law and other graduate schools.

The company recently signed a partnership with TrueGivers, a leading fundraising intelligence provider to provide higher education institutions the ability to discover best potential givers and determine who in their constituency is an industry or philanthropic leader.

With the partnership, Jenzabar clients were able to receive access to the TrueGivers database to identify where constituents are giving and obtain other donor information such as where they work and which boards they serve on. In addition, every file goes through the National Change of Address (NCOA) service ensuring the collected data is the most up-to-date possible.
