Enrollment Rx, an innovator of cloud-based Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for academic institutions has developed StuTrax, a cloud-based Student Information System (SIS) and StuTrax has been deployed by Hebrew Theological College (HTC (News - Alert)).
According to a press release, StuTrax provides HTC with a cost-effective solution to improve data sharing across multiple campuses and boost efficiencies in managing the student experience, from prospect to alumni.
"Most products of this caliber are designed for big schools and are extraordinarily expensive," said Rabbi Dr. Jerold Isenberg, Chancellor, HTC. "StuTrax is designed to be flexible, so it serves our existing processes without added costs for customization. Even better, our hardware costs were close to zero and we avoided the need to expand our IT staff around the new solution."
HTC is committed to advancing scholarship in accordance with the principles of Orthodox Judaism. HTC manages more than 4,500 current and historical records from students at two campuses in Chicago and Skokie, Ill., a year abroad program in Israel, as well as a growing online division. HTC has adopted Enrollment Rx for a multi-user system in the cloud that will seamlessly track student information across multiple locations and improve communication with students, prospects, advisors and administrators, all without the financial and IT burden of traditional solutions.
Isenberg said, "With StuTrax in place, we expect to see a major change in how we're doing business. StuTrax streamlines the entire enrollment-to-graduation process, which will help our college create a state-of-the-art online experience for students and staff and eliminate inefficient business practices. Greater efficiency will result in improved recruitment and communication activities, greater ease of prospect and student tracking and follow-up, as well as enhanced student advising."
Lawrence Levy, president of Enrollment Rx added, "Combining proven CRM technology with an industrial strength cloud environment, our SIS in the cloud solution is a fit for schools of all types. We free customers from onerous IT deployments so they can focus their resources on running the organization more effectively."
