WASHINGTON, D.C. - Idaho First District Congressman Raul Labrador welcomed two new staff members to his Washington, D.C. office. She will handle health care, education and foreign affairs. Kyle Smith has been elevated to Legislative Correspondent, having previously served as Congressman Labrador's Staff Assistant.
