Annette Rivers, owner of the Courtyard Salon and Spa in Centralia and Annette's Electrolysis and Permanent Cosmetics, is one of four technicians in the state to offer the non-invasive skin care treatment known as Meta therapy by Dermatude.

Meta therapy works by stimulating the natural production of collagen and elastin, restoring the skin from the inside out, which can help with lines, dark circles, pores and overall appearance, according to Rivers.

Rivers has owned and operated her business, located at 1537 Kresky Ave., for nearly 30 years.
