Frootfal Holdings Limited Appoints Siobhan Macdermott as Executive Chairman

Frootfal Holdings Limited, a leader in cash-back application technology that enables consumers to shop online and earn rewards anytime they buy, today announced that Siobhan MacDermott has been appointed its Executive Chairman. MacDermott is currently the Chief Policy Officer of AVG Technologies (NYSE: AVG) and was formerly AVG's Head of Investor Relations. Prior to joining Frootfal, Ms. MacDermott served as vice president of global corporate and executive communications and interim chief marketing officer for McAfee (News - Alert), a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) and has held numerous management positions in the security and mobile industries.
