BRIEF: Aberdeen Catholic School System names interim president

Jan 30, 2013 (American News - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- JoEllen Lindner has been named the interim president of the Aberdeen Catholic School System.

Roncalli school board President Rick Kline announced the news during the all-schools Mass this afternoon.

Lindner currently serves as the vice president for enrollment at Presentation College. She will begin her duties with Roncalli schools around Feb. 18.

During a short address, she said she was grateful for the opportunity.


"Thank you in advance for your prayers and support," she said.

Kline announced that a search for a new president would be conducted by Dakota Educational Consulting.
