Children ill-served by courts

Jan 15, 2013 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX) -- A study of the New South Wales juvenile justice system has raised questions about the level of access to specialist programs, functions and personnel provided to children in various parts of the state. The study said the justice system should be separated from the welfare system and it should provide more clinical and therapeutic support services.
