C&N names executive vice president of alternative delivery channels

Citizens & Northern Corporation, or C&N, which is engaged in community banking, has promoted Shelley D'Haene to the position of executive vice president and director of alternative delivery channels.
In her new position, D'Haene will shape the direction of alternative delivery channels for the bank and spearhead the financial institution's customer experience initiative. A 12-year C&N employee, her previous positions include Internet Banking Coordinator and Cash Management Coordinator. Prior to that, she worked for 17 years in the technology field for the Washtenaw Intermediate School District in Ann Arbor, MI.
"Shelley brings a wealth of knowledge about alternative delivery channels to our leadership team," said Charles Updegraff, Jr., C&N chairman, president and CEO. "She was instrumental in establishing our online presence and continues to be a leader in the areas of Mobile and Tablet banking. Having come from a technology background, Shelley understands what it takes to deliver the various banking channels our customers want and deserve.
