Washington Trust Provides $1.45 Million Financing for Rhode Island Child Care Center

Washington Trust's Commercial & Industrial Lending Group has provided a $1,453,000 million commercial mortgage to Tender Hearts Child Care and Learning Center Inc. and Terrace Properties, LLC, located at 935 Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick, Rhode Island. The Bank's financing package covers the purchase of the two commercial condo units which house Tender Hearts Child Care's operations.
