Assurity Consulting to acquire Clarus

Nov 22, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Assurity Consulting Limited, a software testing and agile consultancy, has agreed to acquire Clarus. Both the companies are based in New Zealand.

Clarus is an IT consulting company that provides software testing, agile training and coaching, business analysis and project management services.
