Aetna's Lead Director Edward J. Ludwig Named to 2012 NACD Directorship 100
HARTFORD, Conn. --(Business Wire)--
Aetna (NYSE: AET)
announced that Edward J. Ludwig, the independent lead director of
Aetna's Board of Directors and chair of its Investment and Finance
Committee, has been named to the 2012 National Association of Corporate
Directors (NACD) Directorship 100 in recognition of his exemplary
leadership in the boardroom and promoting the highest standards of
corporate governance. The NACD Directorship 100 recognizes the most
influential leaders in the boardroom and corporate governance community.

Hope.
The 2012 NACD honorees will be recognized during a gala dinner at the
sixth annual NACD Directorship 100 Forum on Nov. 27 in New York City.
